OmniTool is a collection of free, browser-based utility tools. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect (spoiler: almost none) and how the site operates.
§2 No Data Collection
All processing happens locally. Every file you open, every text you paste, and every result you generate stays on your device. Nothing is uploaded to our servers.
We do not collect personal information, file contents, usage patterns, or any form of telemetry from the tools themselves. There are no user accounts, no cookies for tracking, and no third-party analytics scripts.
§3 Local Storage
Some features (like tool history and theme preference) use your browser's localStorage.
This data is stored entirely on your device and is never transmitted. You can clear it at any time through your
browser settings.
§4 Third-Party Services
OmniTool is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect standard web server logs (IP addresses, user agents, page requests) as part of their hosting service. We do not add any additional tracking, advertising, or analytics services. No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no trackers of any kind.
§5 Cookies
OmniTool does not set any first-party cookies. The hosting provider (Vercel) may set minimal functional cookies as part of their infrastructure. We do not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics purposes.
§6 Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of OmniTool after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
